Commercial millwork for builders, GCs and businesses

Commercial work is judged on two things: whether the casework matches the drawings, and whether it arrives when the schedule says. We provide commercial millwork and casework for general contractors, developers, designers and business owners in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Orange County. Every piece is built in our own North Las Vegas factory. On Nevada projects our own crew installs it, so one company owns the scope from takeoff to punch list; on California projects we supply finished casework for installation by your licensed subcontractor.

What we build

Restaurants and hospitality. The restaurant interiors in our gallery show the kind of work we take on: custom banquettes, arched booths and service counters. Banquettes are built as millwork bases and backs, with upholstery by others. Service counters and back bars are built to carry stone or solid surface from your fabricator, with equipment openings sized to the cut sheets.

Retail. Display casework, cash wraps and wall systems can be designed in to suit the merchandise, with lighting integrated where the design calls for it. We pick finishes and laminates for heavy daily handling.

Offices. Reception desks, break-room cabinetry, storage walls and conference-room credenzas. High-performance laminate is often the right call for durability and budget, with wood veneer reserved for the pieces clients see first.

Multifamily. Unit kitchens, vanities and closets repeated across a building. We confirm each unit type on drawings, label cabinets by unit and location, and build in the sequence your schedule needs.

From plans to shop drawings

Takeoffs. Send your architectural plans, millwork elevations and finish schedule. We take off the casework scope and return an itemized bid, so you can see what is included and compare it against other bids line by line. Where the plans leave a detail open, we list it as a clarification instead of guessing.

Shop drawings and submittals. After award, we prepare shop drawings for review by you and the design team, along with finish samples and product data for the materials and hardware we propose. Field dimensions are verified before final drawings where site conditions allow. Revisions are tracked on the drawings, so the approved set is the one the factory builds from and the one the install crew carries on site.

Standards and certifications. If your specification names a particular quality standard or certification program, raise it at bid time. We’ll tell you plainly what we can document for your project, before you award.

Scheduling and production

Because we run our own factory, production is planned against your project schedule, not a distributor’s lead time. Typical coordination points:

  • Release dates. Production starts from approved drawings and confirmed finishes.
  • Phased delivery. Work can be delivered by floor, building, unit type or area so it arrives when the space is ready, not weeks early in a trailer.
  • Site readiness. We confirm walls, blocking and rough-ins are in place before install crews arrive.
  • Single point of contact. One project contact handles drawings, production status and the field.

Why one factory matters on a commercial job

When the takeoff, production and installation come from three different companies, problems on site turn into arguments about whose fault they are. With us, the people who drew the casework built it, and the crew installing it works for the same company. A misfit panel or a missing part is ours to fix.

That accountability also shortens the paperwork. Field questions go to the same contact who prepared the shop drawings, and fixes are made in our own factory rather than reordered from a supplier. For owners who will run the space for years, it also means the company that built the casework is the one to call for adjustments, added pieces or a matching expansion later.

Cost drivers. Scope size, materials and finish, the share of custom versus repeated pieces, schedule constraints, site access and installation conditions all affect pricing.

Commercial Millwork FAQ

Good questions.

What do you need from us to bid a project?

Architectural plans with the millwork elevations and finish schedule, plus any specification section that covers casework. Your target schedule and site address help us price delivery and installation accurately.

Do you provide shop drawings and submittals?

Yes. We prepare shop drawings for review and provide finish samples and product data for the hardware and materials we use. Changes are made on the drawings before production starts.

Can you meet a specific quality standard or certification in our spec?

Tell us at bid time which standard or certification the specification names. We'll say plainly what we can document for your project before you award, rather than after.

Do you build restaurant banquettes with the upholstery?

We build the banquette bases, backs and surrounding millwork. Upholstery is by your upholsterer, and we coordinate seat and back dimensions with them on the shop drawings.

Who supplies countertops and glass on commercial jobs?

Stone, solid surface and glass are by your fabricator or glazier. We build the casework to carry them and coordinate dimensions, overhangs and support on the drawings.

How do you handle multifamily projects with many units?

We organize the job by unit type, confirm each type on drawings, and build and deliver in the order your schedule calls for, so crews install complete units rather than partial ones.
