Three kinds of Henderson home
Henderson isn’t one style of house, and the right cabinetry depends on which part of it you live in.
Hillside and view homes: Seven Hills, Ascaya and the foothills. These homes are built around glass and the view of the Valley and the Strip. Kitchens open to the great room, so the cabinetry is furniture in the main living space: panel-ready appliances, tall pantry walls that hide clutter, and islands finished on all four sides. Newer master plans: Inspirada and the southern edge. Homes here are recent, and the first projects are usually additions rather than replacements: a primary closet in place of wire shelving, a laundry room with real storage, a built-in for the great room. Anthem and Lake Las Vegas have their own pages, covering aging-in-place design in Anthem and lake and resort homes.
Established neighborhoods: Green Valley and the original Henderson streets. Homes from the 1980s and 1990s often have solid layouts and tired cabinets: oak or thermofoil doors, shallow uppers, and corners that waste space. A new kitchen built to the existing footprint keeps the budget on cabinetry instead of moving plumbing. Where the layout is the problem, we’ll draw the options in your home and price each one.
Desert-ready construction
Henderson’s dry air, hard water and summer heat are tough on cabinets. Large slab doors are built on stable veneered cores so they stay flat. All surfaces are finished so the wood moves evenly. Sink bases and vanities get sealed edges and wipe-clean interiors against mineral-heavy water. Garage and laundry cabinets are specified for the temperature swings those rooms see.
From first sketch to final hinge
A designer visits, measures every wall and talks through how you use the space. You receive drawings and a fixed, itemized quote. Your cabinets are built in our North Las Vegas factory and installed by our own crew, so the people who promised it are the people who deliver it.

Before you call.
Do you work in Ascaya, Seven Hills and other guard-gated Henderson communities?
Yes. We coordinate gate access for the design visit, deliveries and install days, and plan the work around your association's contractor hours.
Do you build for new homes in Inspirada and other Henderson master plans?
Yes. Homeowners often add closets, laundry storage or a built-in after moving in, and builders and contractors can send plans for cabinetry on new construction.
Can you match cabinetry across the whole house?
Yes. Because every door is made in our own shop, the kitchen, baths, laundry and closets can share one wood, finish and door profile. That's hard to guarantee when pieces come from different suppliers.
My Green Valley home has original 1990s cabinets. Do I have to change the layout?
No. We build to exact measurements, so new cabinets can follow your existing layout and keep plumbing and gas where they are. If the layout isn't working, we'll show you options and what each one involves.
How far is your shop from Henderson?
Our factory is in North Las Vegas, about 30 minutes from most of Henderson. Site visits and post-install adjustments are quick because we're local.
