How Pacific Palisades projects work

Designed with you. Built in our factory. Installed by your contractor.

  1. Design. A free design consultation, at your home or from your architect's plans, ending in drawings and a fixed, itemized quote.
  2. Build. Every box, door and drawer is made to your measurements in our own factory in North Las Vegas.
  3. Install. Your California-licensed general contractor or cabinet installer handles installation. We schedule delivery with them.

Rebuilding means deciding everything at once

A remodel changes one room. A rebuild after the Palisades Fire puts every cabinet in the house on the table at the same time: kitchen, every bath, closets, laundry, mudroom, office and built-ins. That’s more decisions, but it’s also a rare chance to make the whole house feel like one design instead of a collection of rooms done in different years.

We approach Palisades rebuilds as a single cabinetry package. One wood and finish family runs through the house, door profiles stay consistent, and storage is planned room by room alongside the floor plan rather than squeezed in after drywall.

Designed from your plans, built to the house

The best time to plan cabinetry is before framing. Working from your architect’s set, we lay out each room, settle appliance specifications and panel-ready fronts, and flag where plumbing, outlets and lighting need to land. Once walls are up, we field-measure and build to the house as it actually stands, not to the drawings alone.

Every box, door and drawer is made in our own factory, so the kitchen and the guest bath come off the same shop floor, with the same standards and the same finish.

Built for the coast

Homes between the bluffs and the canyons live with marine-layer moisture and salt air. That affects material choices:

  • Sealed finishes on every surface, including backs and edges, so humidity moves evenly through the wood.
  • Moisture-resistant construction for vanities, sink bases and laundry rooms.
  • Hardware specified for coastal homes, because pulls and hinges near the ocean tarnish faster than inland.
  • Low-emission composite panels. California regulates formaldehyde in particleboard, MDF and hardwood plywood (CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI). It’s worth asking any cabinet supplier for documentation.

One schedule, one team

Rebuild timelines depend on many trades. We coordinate with your general contractor so cabinets arrive when the house is ready for them. One point of contact runs your project from first plan review through delivery to your installer.

Pacific Palisades FAQ

Before you call.

Can you work from my architect's plans before the house is framed?

Yes. We start from the architectural set to plan layouts, appliance specs and finishes, then confirm final dimensions with a field measure once walls are up. Early planning means outlets, plumbing and lighting land where the cabinets need them.

Why order cabinets for the whole house from one maker?

One maker means one wood and finish across every room, one schedule to coordinate with your builder, and one team accountable for the result. It also avoids the mismatch that comes from sourcing each room separately.

How do you handle the coastal climate?

Marine-layer moisture and salt air are hard on finishes and hardware. We specify sealed finishes on every surface, moisture-resistant construction for baths and sink bases, and hardware rated for coastal homes.

Do you coordinate directly with my general contractor?

Yes. We work to your builder's schedule so cabinets arrive when the house is ready for them, not weeks early or late.
